Struck match pithy apples for days on the nose. Tart apple on the palate, lemon, fennel and chalk. Long acid blast for a clean zesty finish.

Fresh bright. Ripeness of vintage shows on the nose. Touch of honey. Finish is clean and saline.

Great wine all the typical Chablis grand Cru notes but with generous fruit and minerality, very approachable young. Less steely and austere compared to the Jean Marc wines, very noticeable Bio/natural style but flawless
