Dejligt gensyn med Julian Altaber, selvom jeg troede, det var Patrick Bouju.

Tons of barnyard, fresh and bright. Cranberry, cherry, lime, raspberry very acidic. Rustic. I like it but it is a little rough. Improved over 2 days under Argon. So gave it a slight upgrade.

Amazing wine. So fresh, so floral, great fruit with strawberries, yet some funk in the background. Beautiful wine.
