Fresh raspberries, cherry compote, white pepper, cardamom, pea tendrils, pottery soil, rose water. Beautiful rounded acid, slight smooth tannins, light bodied, silky texture, long fruity-earthy-floral finish. Mineral driven, highly aromatic, evolved so much since I first had it 2 years ago. Drinking beautifully right now.

Gorgeous. More later. Stunning wine. Super expressive nose of rose petals, flowers, cherry fruit. So pure. Palate is devastatingly elegant yet crunchy and deep. Sappy and vivid with really deep flavors of violets, red cherries and some granite. So long and inviting. Takes over one's mouth. Almost creamy and crunchy at the same time. Best Balagny I've ever had. By far.
