Juggernaut
Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep Ruby with aromas of black berry fruits and earthy spice notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry and raspberry with earthy spice edge. Rustic grippy tannins, short finish, drink now.

Aug 5th, 2022Color of dark ruby, yet quite clear. Nose of sweet vanilla, a bit tobacco leaves, actually some oak barrel and cork, and whisky like sherry wood, not fruity at all. Taste on the other hand has good fresh berry flavors, fresh grapes, a bit spicy and peppery, mellow tannins and cherry jam. Aftertaste of some more tobacco leaves, good lasting flavors, sherry and a bit mineral, tasty, round and above average.

Jul 20th, 20202017. Tons of vanilla, really smooth, the slight chill was a good call. Nice blackberry, oak, black cherry, pleasant summer evening sipper.

May 29th, 2020Tart, like cherries, but bolder. Hint of whisky barrel or tobacco leaves to balance the jamminess. Has a subtle bite but still fairly smooth. First wine we've enjoyed a day later. Vintage 2017.
