Nice Cab. A bit acidic and needs an hour or so to soften to where I could enjoy it. I’m always happy to report a wine like this that easily outperforms many other Cabernets selling for twice the price. Recommended.

2020. Bigger, sweeter, California Cabernet. Probably will be hard to open the rosé I brought after this one… barrel-aged stouts it is!
