Daiginjo Sake

Hints of Fennel, black liquorice, not my thing

Refined, clean, fresh. Floral, green apple, light and round, balanced alcohol.

This Sake has it going on, on every level. Beautiful nose of white flowers, coconut water, and candied pear. On the palate (which is dry but rich) you get mellow, honeydew melon with a silky silky texture. A joy to taste.

One of the best Sakes I've tasted. Floral on the nose with a slight edge of black licorice. The mouth was mineral and long. Beautiful profile.
