A light golden color reveals mild notes of orange and lemon zest. Both right out of the bottle as well as after a brief decant, the nose (slowly) begins to bloom, but the entry onto the palate becomes far more substantial than it began. Smooth and lush, the softness on the mid-palate shows some depth of character with a bit of creaminess that leads to an abbreviated but juicy finish. It’s perfect for picnics with chicken- or even fish.

Apple, pears, lemon, peaches and fig flavors. Lightly Oaked with just a touch of honey and butter on the finish. Eh. Not very interesting.
