Interesting wine. On the nose hints of baking spices and dark fruits. On the palate confirmed dark fruits of plum, blackberries, and black cherry balanced with white pepper. On the finish, which is a semi long one, you experience baking spices with cola. Should work well with venison or lamb, but works well without food too.
