Pale lemon in color with a gold tint.
Very strong and fruity nose of lemons, melons, yeast, sea salt, tropical fruits, kiwis, mangoes, saltwater, white pepper and dirt.
Medium plus in body, with high acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Off-dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, salt, pears, green apples, bread, black pepper and spices.
Medium plus on the finish with limes and almonds.
What a enjoyable Riesling this is. Refreshing, engaging with nice complexity yet easy drinking. Nicely balanced with enough acidity for the sugar content.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with soft cheeses, crackers and dried Fruits.
It has a screw top, so you could take it to the beach or pool.

This is a very entertaining Riesling from Pfalz, at an excellent price. Well balanced, refreshing and bright, with nice acidity to make the residual sugar not too noticeable.
Great to have, by itself, on the porch, and great to pair it with spicy Asian food. Needs to be very chilled for maximum enjoyment.

Smells like flowers and tastes like biting into a not-so-sweet Fuji apple. Spicy food dials down the sweetness and dials up minerals in a pleasant way. Great everyday wine.
