May 20th, 2016This 2007 Grand Cru Chablis Vaudesir has good acidity and is still young. I think this will be even more enjoyable in after another two years in bottle. Always a pleasure to taste these estate owned vineyards.

Feb 21st, 20151999 vintage. Vaudesir. Honeyed and apricot cream. Some botrytis on the nose and palate. Quite refined - maybe a bit too cold to show the true concentration. Very clean finish. Quite long. Elegant wine that is still going strong. As suggested, better when warmed in the glass. Concentration of stoney fruits, honey and cream come to the fore. Finish is good but not quite long enough to be outstanding.
