Perfectly balanced mid-palate leads into a sweet, clean, finish. Impressive.

In honor of the 30th anniversary weekend. Really enjoyed this wine. Full bodied, shows the terroir & typicity of the area. Ripe with great restraint and structure. Wish I bought more 13's and 14 white Burgundy.

Rien de spécial au nez.
Mais en bouche c'était super agréable et très facile à boire.
Pas de gras, pas de sucre, pas trop de fruits.
Vin léger, bien minéral avec petite touche d'acidité - nickel.
Définitivement, je suis plus Chardonnay que Sauvignon. 😉

Honey, fully ripen pear, buttery, cream on the nose with hint of minerality. . Mostly mature fruit and intense aroma. Med p body, med p acid, med pnintensity, round, textured, smooth, fruity acidic bite on the first but remain long on the palate. Maybe it should serve warm, it will be delicious with chicken with mashed potato. Good
