Still so youthful. Yellow apple, lemon curd, and nutmeg flavors. The new oak influence is balanced by the fruit and acidity after a little air.

Took awhile to wake up. Dark golden color, but no premox. I think this has some botrytis influence. Big, round, seemed almost sweet. Good, not great.
