Light bodied red Burgundy Pinot noir grape, good value at $60 in a restaurant. As it opens up, earthy flavors come through. Tastes better after it has 15-20 minutes to breathe. Nice finish.

One of my favorites. Delicate but not weak red cherry. Easy breezy drinking. A smooth balance of fruit and acid.
