Champimonts Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Smokey and sanguineous and flecked with dried cherry-fruit

What a lovely bottle. Dark cherry, dried plum, some smoke. Standing strong and is probably on the edge of its peak.

Solid effort, red berry, cola, not too much wood, decent length.
