Bourgogne-Aligoté

Medium yellow and clear. A bit savory of notes on the nose with some citrus fruit, minerality and white flowers. A bit of acidity with a light body. Smooth palate with some citrus, apples and flint. Medium minus finish. Drink now.

My first Aligoté; clear medium golden yellow color; sweet nose full of red citrus, floral notes, oak and prominent minerality; fairly high acids and red citrus fruits like tangerine; could be mistaken for a California chardonnay.

Lemon yellow with green. Not so ripened. Aroma: Oak, vanilla, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, almond. quite high viscosity, taste: fresh, acidity is spreading into lower part of my tongue. Minerals, salty. Creamy. 21 @2112, AD, 240601

Light chrysanthemum color with fresh citrus and floral on the nose. Medium-to-full-bodied coupled with fresh flavors of green apple and honey-lime on the palate. Crisp, clean, and straight forward to enjoy during warm & humid weather in Bangkok. However, it's not paired well with spicy Thai foods; and selling price of Bt1,200 is considered expensive for using price/quality ratio.

As expected rather simple, but good for what it is. Fresh and primary aromas of lemon, green apples, pears and grapefruit with a slight minerality in the background. Palate is light with a quick appearing toffee like viscosity bringing some character

Hard & juicy apples and high on acid; incredible value as bang for buck goes. My first Aligoté ever, it’s like an Austrian Riesling fattened on gravy.

Great for a mixed tasting menu. Crisp medium acid
