Nose has cut cherry, crushed blackberry and (faint) banana.
Palate has black cherry, red currant, ripe blackberry and medium tannins.
This is certainly an oddity of the Nouveau style, some weight and complexity to the palate, considerable color extraction shows a very dark ruby color in the glass. Blindly tasting, I might not guess it is what it is... 2019 looks to be a decent vintage for Drouhin.
This may be the best Nouveau I can recall in many years of tasting, wow!

Nice young wine, as it should be. At the right Temperature it is a perfect fall wine to help prepare for the Thanksgiving meal
