2007 vintage, grower champagne from Moussy on the Côte des blancs. Light florals, buttery, honeyed nose. Light straw colour. Beurre noisette and honey on the palate. Bright orange acidity. Developed nicely after breathing for a bit.

Melon and stone, nice medium weight, crisp, quite enjoyable now but it should age well in at least the medium term.
