Nose full of mint and orange peel. Caramel on the palatinate. Incredible freshness. What a great wine!!!!

Muted nose. Some petrol, some citrus, some peach.
A clean and simple Spätlese. Lacking concentration and acidity in the mouth. Delicate? Elegant? No, I just think it’s a tad too thin...
