Maroon brown raisin color. Grape berry raisin tobacco mint nose. Tobacco and medium tannins that sit on your tongue but are not overbearing. Really needed to breathe a long time.

Jan 2nd, 2014Deep red color. Grape smell. We decanted and let it sit for an hour before drinking, but still needed more time. Pouring back and forth between glasses improved the flavor. Fruit forward with leather and oak. Well balanced. Short finish. Aged well. Easy to drink.
