Garnet red. Nose started out with some woody notes, mulberries and soft dark fruits like plums. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) and good acidity. Solid red fruits and some twigs on the palate. Medium bodied and moderate finish. There is something a little off-putting in the finish, a little metallic. Drink now.

Nearly black in the glass with a lot of cherry, black pepper, hints if vanilla and red fruit preserves. Still very drinkable!
