Great Pouilly Fumé. Apple, citrus, earthiness and rocky on the nose. Great minerality and a little sweetness on the palate.

Faint straw to almost clear color. Like a fresh mown lawn with hints of grapefruit and lime pith fairly typical of the varietal. Light and fresh, it would show best chilled on a hot summer afternoon. I had it at cool room temp where the heavy-handed oak had a very pronounced flavor that mirrored the taste of the ripe Brie cheese.

You know why they call it "fumé" when you taste this one... very well balanced and a great finish ... this really changes from one bottle to another.. some are great, other are so and so! Magic!
