08' Jonata El Desafio has 84% CB 10% PV the rest CF & Merlot. All the fruit is from their estate.
At this stage no need to really decant it... 30 minutes wouldn't hurt it. Very much a fruit forward driven wine. Notes of ripened plum, tobacco, chocolate, leather are pronounced in the wine. Very few wineries this far south are producing high quality left/right bank wines. Drink them up in the next 4/6 years.

Didn't have too much of it because I was already a few sheets to the wine but it was lovely nonetheless. That's what happens when you don't eat all day and do a tasting and a wine dinner!

Nose, depth, structure, balance all strengths! Aging very well. Many years of bottle life left.
