Continuing the sour beer explorations. This one is really nicely balanced. Full bodied and sour notes play well together.

Awesome as always (and much more interesting after a few years in the bottle - this was bottled in September of 2016. I will say that it did NOT go well with the Kobe hamburgers I made for dinner last night (which were great, by the way), but the beer is terrific!
