Wow, extremely tart. The sourness is like biting into a lemon, I was not expecting that. Not my cup of tea.

Signature Jolly Pumpkin tart. So good! Reminded me of Oro De Calabaza but I liked it a tad better. The definition of thirst quenching. Can't pinpoint the difference between the two -- but both delicious on hot summer's day!
