Rorick Heritage Vineyard Pinot Gris

Found a new favorite Chinese food pairing.

Compact, textural, focused. This has zip and perfume. No clumsy, syrupy fruit here. Underripe peach, Bartlett pear, white flowers, verbena.

Acid. Really interesting, but better with food at this early stage

Brûléed grapefruit, saline, and peach pits. Skin fermented PG to be consumed asap.

Tangerine, melon, lime, high acid ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Just plain ol tasty and at 11.2 abv v drinkable. 🍊 🍋 🍈 🍉 ⚡️

A little hollow at first, with an all-cantaloupe finish. Filled out a bit with some air.
