Have you tried the Cabernet Blanc from @johnkosovichwines yet? This 2017 is the latest release and it typically sells out pretty quick. As you can see it’s a blush/rosé coloured wine made from free-run Cabernet Sauvignon juice (aka the good stuff which is normally made into premium red wine). It’s made from Cab grapes grown in the Swan Valley and retails for only $24.
It’s a light peachy-silver-pink colour on the eye. Whiffs of red fruits, citrus and a hint of musk rise from the glass. While in the mouth it’s wonderfully elegant and dry with plentiful fruit and citrus flavours to quench the thirst. I could easily drink this wine day in and day out. According to winemaker Arch, it’ll go lovely with salmon 😋
