John Anthony Vineyards
Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2014 Vintage. Wow! So much depth and very refined. Notes of black plum and white flowers. Vanilla, plush cherry and hints of black licorice. Like a velvet smoking jacket- dead sexy.

Dec 8th, 2019Extraordinary. Inky, deep purple color. Intoxicating bouquet. Plums, blackberries, dark cherries, chocolate, and a hint of tobacco. Full mouth feel. Elegant. Complex. A finish with a hint of sweetness. Decant for at least 60 minutes - it’s worth the wait.

Dec 2nd, 2018What in the world did I just drink... all that was going through my mind was “Welcome to the Pleasuredome” by Frankie Goes To Hollywood. One of the most well balanced wines I have ever had. Extremely fragrant nose of fresh cut cedar, dark fruit, a little bit of oak. On the palate it is intense notes of blueberry cobbler, blackberries, fresh vanilla bean. Velvety tannins and such a luscious and complex finish that lasts for days. Cannot find much of anything online about this wine if anyone knows more about it I would love to know.
