Tonight's wine is a 2012 John Anthony Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose gives notes of black currant, black raspberry, tar, and black tea. On the palate I get black cherry, black raspberry, currant, plum and a little wet soil. There is medium + acidity and medium soft tannins. Just a little on the lighter side than I liked but overall a nice wine.

I really really enjoyed this bottle. Popped and poured and drank beautifully well. Soft tannins, nice fruit and good finish.

Black berries with a hint of black tea on the palate and cocoa on the finish. Lighter bodied, like a Sangiovese or Nebbiolo. Easy to drink, soft tannins

Full bodied Napa Cab! Smooth and lighter tannins than I was expecting. Decanted 6 hours before enjoying.
