50% cab, 25% roesler, 25% zweigelt from Austria. Extended maceration and whole cluster spontaneous fermentation in amphoras. NV. 12.5%. Screams hipster wine but doesn’t taste like fruit roll ups. Really nice bright cherry and blackberry, rocks, earth. Lovely wine for smoked chicken thighs.
