So this was part of tasting this next to a cider with 50% of this same wine added to the apple cider. I like the cider better. This is coats the palate. I get lemon curd, grapefruit pith, almost a bitter green character, and a hint of tea. Very interesting.

Strikes pretty damn close to an Austrian gruner. Good density, texture, and ripeness, all at 11.8%. All it needs is a bit more tension.
