A tasting of seven Auslese Rieslings from Wehlener Sonnenhur, 2005-2020. This wowed me and was my #1. ABV 7.5%. While on the sweeter side was not cloying at all and I wouldn’t only pair it with desert.

Opened this 20 years too soon. Liquid sunshine and lasers; iron fist/velvet glove. Intense and focused; not showing botrytis. Wow. #jjprüm #mösel #riesling

Lovely - clean long finish - start to finish. Lovely golden colour and scent. Sweet and extremely drinkable before during or after dinner. Fine with Thai and Curry and even with cheese
