2020 June / July. So young - it almost feels like it’s just finished fermenting. There’s a bit of spritz remaining. The nose and palate are both pre-primary, and while it’s enjoyable it’s frankly a bit young to drink. I’ll wait a year or two on the rest.

# Sektstuuf in Leiwen. Classic, restrained, fresh. Ripe, with tension. We were wondering if it would stay on its feet next to a great cod/saffron/risotto dish. It did.
