This German 🇩🇪 Riesling was an amazing experience from start to finish. On the nose Gasoline ⛽️, wet stones, flint dust, lime, green apple 🍏 and young mango 🥭. The palate (WOW), off dry pushing sweet (especially for a Kabinett) apple blossom, green apples 🍏, delicate honey 🍯, sweet lemon 🍋, lime oil and hints of pineapple 🍍. Overall an amazing wine with such complexity and tertiary aromas! highly recommend with spicy food (Chinese preferably). 😋
