Plenty of pears on the nose. Maybe a bit of citrus peel. Flavor is also pears. Like a ripe Bartlett pear. Smooth and fuller. Nice balance. Has the bitterness and bite to finish. A bit riper than my favorite Sauv Blancs, but it’s a nice CA white for outdoor bar-b-ques and pool parties.
