Picture perfect rendition of what dry Clare Valley Riesling should be, without any crazy surprises. Bright ripe citrus, slightly under ripe tropical fruit, and bitter white phenols. Very enjoyable.

This is not as good as the rock gully. Tastes a little empty and fat comparatively yet cheaper...

Light and crisp minerality like a Mosel, bone-dry like a Wachau and a very unique flavour of more citrus fruits instead of the typical apricot/peach of europan rieslings. Very unique and interesting with enough minerality and acidity to age at least a decade.

Not so good with food, but good by itself. Almost tastes like a Chardonnay.

Green apple, nectarine, roses, slate, flint. Margarita after tasting it. Decent acidity. Good wine! High mineral for new world which is pretty cool but definitely very fruit forward.
