Nose is stewed stonefruit. Dried apricot, syrup of sultanas, oxidative peach nectar. The palate opens with crème caramel, mid palate burst of peach and tangerine. Finishes with almond paste and shortbread. Some saltiness develops on the finish, along with a touch of metallic mineral.
