He certainly makes full- bodied white wines that pairs with food. On the nose I get a plethora of citrus flavors. The palate lemon curd, steely/mineralities & pineapples. Bright acidity & bone dry. Personally I would wait 6 months, and it will undoubtedly last another 5 years.

Lovely white Rhône-blend. Rich and dense but it does have sufficient acidity and freshness to keep it far from turning into flabby. After this First Date I’m going for a second.
