Weird, alpine orange wine. This was tiiiiight upon opening, glad we decanted. Was great by the time the entree came. Beautiful pairing with lobster topped with curry butter fondue. Intrigued to try more of these.

Long maceration, bit orangey. Opened up well, though maybe I missed the depth of a good traditional Savoie too. For the style it was excellent.

Absolutely incredible. Nothing more needed to say. The colour, the smell. It’s all transformative

Fantastic. So much depth, pepperiness, tea, citrus, a little funk. Killer.

Light tealike tannins, acidity, young stone fruits

Low sugar, high minerality, low amount of funk. Perfect for a summer holiday in Paris when all the locals are gone.
