Rosé de saignée, malolactic fermentation in wood, therefore the color is more intense. Spicy and rich scents: very elegant.

I wanted to like this more than I did , seriously reduced nose, color was very coppery, but in the mouth I liked it, and with a tiny copper treatment the cool climate Pinot character was enjoyable
