Chalk and lime nose with a bit of herbs sprinkled on top. Lemon, lime, and a wonderful briny quality laced with acidity. This is beautiful Chablis now, but will age in the cellar for years to come.

Riper and fatter now. Moving toward honey with loads of rock dust and lime compote

Infanticide but really, really beautiful infanticide

So Chablis. So acid driven and expressive. Most common comment was "wow"

Delicious wine with brightness and texture.

French still young

Great execution. A tad heavy on the oak. Otherwise, pretty classic.

Sometimes you follow the lead of a @Bill Bendelow and just say "awwww yeeaaaah" and that's description enough.

White nectarine waxed honey on nose. Palate bright and medium weight w attractive almond meal roasted hazelnuts peach nectarine and notes of creme brûlée toffee with underlying clean acidity.
