Sep 8th, 2023Muted on the nose. Rich & unctuous on the palate though. Stony minerality, ripe/overripe yellow apple, dried yellow/white apricot, meat/jerky. Med+/elevated fruit wrapped acidity.

Dec 18th, 2015Delightful, especially with the roasted John Dory and saffron scampi.
Minerality but smooth, perhaps some white peach and a marshmallow/meringue that develops as it warms. Keep off the chill!

Sarah had opened before I got home. Premier Cru Chablis. On a Wednesday. Madness. Stunning wine though and I'm glad she did. Almost Viognier like. Limpid.
