What was otherwise a tight, inexpressive and simple wine initially, blossomed into a gorgeous, elegant and satiny white burgundy after some time in the decanter. While still quite young, sufficient aeration has it in a great place, showcasing the site, vintage and winemaking in proper form with layers of white orchard fruit, citrus blossoms and lilies, a velvety and refined palate and a persistent stony mineral finish. Still, the best of this wine is in the future.
