@Ryan Mullins I think I love Trousseau the way you love pycm. I definitely have a weakness for it. Man the litheness and acidity. Pairs with everything. Might have get a second mortgage on the house and plant some in Oregon.

Very light red. More complex than the color. Minerally and chalky. Acidic with a touch of funk. Not a typical red. Lingers at the end like the aftertaste of a green strawberry.
