We have lunch with our friend who lives 25 km away and his sons. It's a repeat of last week's stay in the lot region as they were with us.
No real note as we are all together. Nice chalky nose with lemon. Good acid drive. Perfect with squid salad as an entrée.

Delicate floral flavors, golden color but not oak. Leaves a nice fruity aura in the mouth. Paring w/beef tartar and fish well. (On the streets of Biarritz)
