I took no notes but lovely bottle, deserves 3 to 5 years in the cellar

Medium dark rubi robe, nose of flowers with a hint of cherries. Very dense and well done in my the mouth, good balance, lots of fruit and some acidity. Better in 5 years.

Animal flavor in lower temperature different from 2015. 2019 @1500, Kping - LT, 220914-220917

A bit earthy and herb aroma. Enough tanning and Spiciness. Strawberry but a bit black cherry. Fruity and acidic! 2015 @1450, Kping -, 210225-210327

まだ若いが、赤ベリー系の香りに味わうと酸味は控えめでバランスが良い。最後に旨味爆発。
コスパ良く美味しいです。
