The nose has a beautiful distinctive clay mineral. Brie. Balanced. Bright, high acid but is also very rich with clear oak influence and a background of baked apples. Enjoyed thoroughly.

Very mineral, crisp and acidic white wine. Notes of apple and pear, this bottle was enjoyed with crab and shellfish ravioli which was a perfect pairing.

Lovely oyster shell, chalk, mineral/wet stone nose! Paired wonderfully with a smoke trout pate. Very complex palate, citrus, hint of clove/allspice, as it warms lime notes with Granny Smith Apple. Finish lingers with a mouth watering citrus saline/ocean spray finish, very nice
