Wine with a beautiful opaque burgundy color and some purple hue mixed in, smells of roast beef, bing cherry, and prune, medium body, soft and savory tannin, very easy drinking and paired perfectly with tarragon infused chicken and spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette, balanced acidity with a slight spicy kick, hint of strawberry jam after swallow, wine for a relaxed Saturday afternoon.
