A medium lemon yellow colour . Discrete and mineral in the nose , crushed rocks , touch of toastiness , citrus peel , camomile. On the palate this is super fresh and lively . With lemon , lightly toasty , pretty intense crushed rocks. Good texture too , which balances very well with the high acidity . Nice refreshing length . From now and over the next 5 maybe more years . At Le Bistronome de Lisa/Jerome, Arbois

May 23rd, 2026Complex nose of exotic fruits at first, many other stuff appeared throughout the tasting including beeswax, minerality, nuts and hay. The mouth is supported by intense natural acidity and vibrant finish. What a ride.
