what a stunner. nose is all jura savagnin, but on the palate, riesling dominates with acid and texture. reduction & oxidation for funk and penache.

L1704. 2020 fall. I’ve enjoyed Ganevat’s wines in the past, but this is just too funky - dirty, even. Tsukemono on the nose and mouse in the mouth (in a white wine!). Oof.
