Opened six days ago, it was a little tight but showing great potential in a compact state, an oxidative, lees infused elixir held together in a crystalline shell. Tonight it is much more expansive, lemon curd and hazelnuts, a fullness and complexity that seems to be unending. So happy for the experience.
